Services

When Clients Need Help That May Fall Outside Your Firm's Scope, Brady Consulting Services May Be Able To Assist Both You and Your Client.

When clients show up at your office, they want to know two things… can you help them and what the financial cost is going to be.

After consulting with your clients or prospective clients, they may determine it is cost-prohibitive for them to retain your services.

In such cases where they can file the motion but do not possess the knowledge or comfort level to do so on their own, Brady Consulting Services may be an alternative resource to provide adequate education for them to go the self-help route.

What Clients Are Saying

“Brady is very dedicated to helping people navigate our complex legal systems. I discovered a calculation error in my sentencing. After discussing my concern with Brady, he told me I may consider creating a personal restraint petition (PRP) and explained what that was. After walking me through the steps required to file, I was able to do it on my own with confidence. Ultimately, the Attorney General ordered my release."

David G.

“I met with Brady and told him I could not afford an attorney concerning my legal financial obligations post incarceration. I didn't know where to start. Brady helped me understand what needed to be in the motion, where it needed to be filed, and where to mail it. His help greatly reduced my stress over the financial burden."

ANNIE P.

"I talked with Brady about why I should not be under community custody. Brady listened to what I was saying. He took me through the statutes concerning my criminal convictions and I learned I could file a motion to be discharged from community custody. This allowed me to completely trust him and once released I had no problem being able to complete the motion filing."

DONTESE C.

"When I was released from confinement, I wanted to do something about the community custody conditions that the trial court imposed. I met with Brady, who provided information regarding community custody conditions. With the clarity I gained, I decided to challenge these conditions in trial court. The process was confusing prior to Brady helping to clear up my fog, after which I felt comfortable about filing the motion."
